Refund and Returns Policy

At Topdeck 126 TCG Shop, we want every order to arrive accurately, safely, and as expected. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and help find a fair solution.

❗ Please Note Before You Order

Due to the nature of trading card products (condition, rarity, and market value), all sales are considered final once an order has shipped. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or simply not liking a card once received. Please review your order carefully before checkout — our team is happy to answer questions about a card's condition or listing before you buy.

  • Returns must be approved before items are sent back.
  • Items returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Please include photos when reporting damage, incorrect items, missing items, or condition concerns.

⏰ Return Window

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Missing, incorrect, or damaged item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Claims submitted outside these windows may not be eligible for resolution.

🔁 Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis for eligible items, including:

  • Incorrect items received
  • Duplicate items received by mistake
  • Verified damage during shipping
  • Major listing or order fulfillment errors

All returned items must be in the same condition they were received, including any original packaging, sleeves, top loaders, seals, or protective materials where applicable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Topdeck 126 TCG Shop does not accept returns or issue refunds for any of the following:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Disagreement with our condition grading (minor wear, centering, edge/surface imperfections that fall within normal grading variance)
  • Opened sealed products
  • Used accessories
  • Clearance, sale, or final sale items
  • Gift cards or store credit
  • Items damaged after delivery due to handling, storage, or misuse

We only review returns for verified order errors — see "Eligible Returns" above.

🃏 TCG Singles & Card Conditions

  • TCG singles are inspected and listed based on their condition at the time of sale, with photos and condition notes provided in the listing.
  • Condition is assessed to the best of our ability; minor differences in opinion (e.g., slight whitening, centering, edge wear) are normal in the TCG market and are not grounds for a return.
  • Once you receive a card, we are unable to accept it back simply because you've changed your mind, found a better price elsewhere, or decided you no longer want it.
  • Returns for singles are only considered if a card was significantly misrepresented (e.g., wrong card sent, undisclosed major damage not shown in listing photos).

🛠 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Any visible damage to the mailer, box, or shipping label

If the package is visibly damaged upon arrival, please document it right away. This may be required for carrier reimbursement or claim support.

Once verified, we may provide an exchange, replacement, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or discount depending on the situation.

📦 Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and details about the missing or incorrect item.
  • Photos of the packaging and received items may be required.
  • Once reviewed, we may send the correct item, issue a refund, provide store credit, or offer another solution.

💳 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
  • If an order qualified for free shipping and is returned, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

🔄 Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Exchanges may be offered when replacement inventory is available.
  • If a replacement is not available, store credit or a refund may be offered.
  • Store credit has no cash value and may only be used toward eligible purchases.

📮 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Returned items must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
  • Tracked shipping is strongly recommended for returns.
  • Topdeck 126 TCG Shop is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

📦 Refused or Returned Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender at the customer's request:

  • A 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For orders that qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if the customer requests the order to be resent.

🚫 Canceled Orders

  • Cancellation requests must be made before an order has shipped.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
  • Topdeck 126 TCG Shop reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.

⚠️ Final Sale Items

  • Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless required by law.
  • Final sale terms will apply when clearly stated on the product listing or promotion.
