At Topdeck 126 TCG Shop, our goal is to provide fast, reliable, and secure shipping for every order.
📆 Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders typically ship within 0–2 business days after purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.
A shipping confirmation and tracking information, if applicable, will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
📌 Shipping Options & Free Shipping
- Multiple shipping options are available at checkout, including expedited and tracked services.
- Signature on Delivery is available for added security.
- FREE shipping on orders of $250+ CAD before tax and shipping within Canada.
For TCG singles, expedited tracked shipping is strongly recommended for orders over $50 to help ensure safe delivery.
🚨 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, Topdeck 126 TCG Shop assumes no responsibility or liability for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon handoff to the carrier.
- Topdeck 126 TCG Shop is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
- Topdeck 126 TCG Shop is not responsible for packages delayed, misrouted, or lost in transit due to carrier error, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Customers are strongly encouraged to select Signature on Delivery or Xpresspost + Signature at checkout for added protection, especially for orders over $50 CAD.
- If a package appears lost in transit, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in filing a carrier claim, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement and are not obligated to replace or refund the order.
- For undeliverable or returned packages due to customer error (wrong address, no pickup, etc.), reshipping fees apply and we are not liable for any items lost in that process.
🛠 Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details.
- Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- If the package is visibly damaged, please document it upon delivery for carrier reimbursement.
Once verified, we may provide an exchange, return, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or discount depending on the situation.
📦 Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
- Topdeck 126 TCG Shop is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If an order is returned due to an address issue, reshipping costs will apply.
🌎 Shipping Regions
- Shipping is primarily available within Canada.
- Limited shipping may be available to the United States.
- At this time, orders outside Canada and the U.S. may not be accepted.
Customers outside Canada are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, import taxes, or customs-related delays.
🛡️ Fraud Prevention & Seller Protection
To help ensure secure transactions:
- We may verify your name, address, and phone number with the issuing bank.
- Credit/debit cards issued outside Canada and the U.S. are not accepted.
- First-time buyers making large purchases may require additional verification before fulfillment.
📦 General Shipping Policy
If a package is refused or returned to sender at the customer’s request:
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For orders that qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
High-value orders may require Signature on Delivery or In-Store Pickup for added security.
⚠️ Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be modified once they have been shipped.
- Cancellation requests must be made before shipment and are not guaranteed.
- Topdeck 126 TCG Shop reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.
- If your order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
